CTWF Membership

Only not-for-profit organisations in Waltham Forest and surrounds can become members. Membership gives your organisation access to our full fleet, priority booking and member rates — renewed annually each April.

All fees include VAT. Membership renews annually in April. Acceptance at CTWF’s discretion.

All groups wishing to use CTWF transport services must be members — this is non-negotiable under our Section 19 small bus permit. Vehicles cannot be used for profit-making activities.

Once your organisation becomes a member of CTWF you have access to our full range of transport services. As a Social Enterprise and proud London Living Wage Employer, we put people and community first.

Group Hire

Our fleet is available to registered members for group activities — on a self-drive basis or with a CTWF driver. We serve statutory organisations, voluntary groups and community organisations.

Contract Hire

Regular contracted transport from small voluntary organisations to large statutory bodies. Contracts include group activities, home-to-school services, travel clubs and onsite transport.

🎓

Community Driving School

Member organisations can access our driving school for MiDAS, PATS and other driver development courses for staff and volunteers at competitive rates.

Who Can Join?

  • Not-for-profit organisations only
  • Based in Waltham Forest or surrounds
  • Statutory bodies (councils, NHS, schools)
  • Community & voluntary groups
  • Charities and social enterprises

Who cannot join:

  • For-profit companies or businesses
  • Groups using vehicles for profit-making activities
  • Individual members (organisations only)

Acceptance of membership is at the discretion of CTWF.

Getting Started

How to Apply

Applying for membership takes three simple steps. Your form is completed online via our secure membership application and submitted directly to CTWF — you’ll receive a copy to your email address.

CTWF Reviews Your Application

Once your completed form is received, the CTWF team will review your application. You’ll typically hear back within 2–3 working days. Acceptance of membership is at CTWF’s discretion.
